My family and I met Chris Stangler at our first Hot Wheels Nationals in 2021, and we were struck by his kind generosity. We decided to attend his first show for CS Customs 10th anniversary, and we were hooked. We have attended all of his shows since then. We have worked with Chris on several customs and plus a Johnny Lightning; he has helped bring our ideas to life. We have really enjoyed getting to know Chris and his event staff over the years as well as meeting some great people at his events. Our experience with CS Customs has truly epitomized his slogan, “Where friends become family.”

After meeting Chris during the 2023 Hot Wheels National Convention In Columbus OH, and seeing some of his work at the sellers tables throughout the convention, both my wife and I began adding high quality customs to our collection. We decided to attend the CS Customs Convention later in the year and as diecast racing enthusiasts we approached Chris with an idea to include racing activities at his show. He immediately jumped at the idea and we’ve been holding races at his annual conventions since – raising thousands of dollars for a local charity in the process. When it comes to the actual customs we are more impressed with the creativity and uniqueness of the work each year and continue to add to our collection, which is substantially made up of CS Customs products.

Shortly after I began collecting Hot Wheels my wife and I met Chris at our first diecast show. We knew nothing about custom diecast and Chris was very gracious and helpful. Chris has done custom cars for myself and to give as gifts. His artistry, quality and innovation is constantly accelerating. Aside from his talents as a customizer, Chris genuinely is a nice person who loves to help people. I’ve seen it time and time again. Chris works tirelessly and goes to extraordinary lengths to ensure his customers get what they need, at a more than fair price. His motto is where friends become family and I’ve seen it and experienced it. It is impossible to explain what Chris means to me in this hobby with a few sentences. I have been lucky enough to have had Custom Diecast from some of the worlds greatest artists / diecast customizers. I can honestly say no one treated me like Chris stangler did. As much as this is a business for Chris the amount of generosity he has shown me and my family over the years could never be forgotten. When I decided to open a store not only did he sent boxes of merchandise and customs and told me pay him when it sells – NOBODY does that but Chris did. When it came time to run Northeast Diecast bash and we needed dinner and event cars – NOBODY came close to offered what Chris offered to do for us. I could go on and on with great things to say about Chris stangler but I’m asked to keep this short. Chris stangler is as good as they come in the world of hot wheels and diecast cars. There are none above him. I’m proud to call him a friend and a brother.
